Jerrold D. Farinash

Jerrold Farinash graduated with Honors from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and received his Juris Doctorate in 1982 from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Farinash focuses his practice on commercial bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
Mr. Farinash was appointed to the Panel of Trustees for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee in 1990 and is assigned approximately 500 debtor cases a year for which he serves as Trustee. Some of the more notable cases he has handled are W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery, Scenic City Mazda and Don Williams Construction Co.
Mr. Farinash is a member of the Tennessee and American Bar Associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees. While a member of the Chattanooga Bar Association, he served as Chairman of the Fee Arbitration Committee and the Court Relations Committee. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Highland Park Neighborhood Association and the Tennessee Hemophilia and Bleeding Disorders Foundation. He is the Vice- President of the Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga. He is a life member of the Tennessee Ornithological Society. He and his wife Christie have two children.
Andrea D. Hayduk

Andrea Hayduk received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee in 1999. Ms. Hayduk began her career in Washington DC where she worked for a small criminal defense firm for four years, focusing mainly on DUI defense. Upon relocating to Tennessee in the spring of 2008 she joined Kennedy, Koontz & Farinash.
She focuses her practice on DUI defense (www.tennesseeduilawyeronline.com), criminal defense, commercial bankruptcy, debtor/creditor law and workouts. Ms. Hayduk is currently licensed to practice in Tennessee, Washington DC, Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. She is a member of the National College of DUI Defense and the Chattanooga Bar Association. She lives on Signal Mountain with her husband Adam Barford and their three children.
